How do I book an event?
Click on our Magaluf Events section. You will see all the days and nights out that we offer.
Click on view details for more detailed information. To book select the number of people and type of ticket required where applicable. Select the date you wish to go. (If it does not allow you to click on a date then the event will not be running on that particular date). Click book now to add to basket then proceed to check out.
All the events can either be paid for in full at the time of booking or simply pay a £10 deposit and then the remaining balance once you arrive in resort.
Once you have completed the payment an email will be sent to you to confirm your booking has been made. The e-ticket will explain where you will need to collect your official tickets from in resort, which is our shop in Magaluf.
Please print off this voucher to exchange for your valid excursion ticket.
Where do I collect my event tickets from ?
All tickets must be collected at least 24 hours before the event
All event tickets can be collected from our shop Freestyle Mallorca (The Travel Buddy) which is situated in Magaluf across from the House of Katmandu, next door to Finnegan’s restaurant. The address is Avenida Pedro Vaquer Ramis 12, Local 5A, Magaluf, 07181. The phone number is 0034 971131663
How do I know where to meet for an event that I have booked?
When you come to our shop to collect your official tickets we will tell you the exact time and meeting point for the event.
If the excursion is an “any day ticket only” do I need to specify a date?
Yes just put in any date however once you exchange the voucher for your ticket it will be an open ticket which you can use any day.
If for any reason the event is cancelled or the day changes can we get a refund?
Yes if the event is cancelled or the day changes and you are no longer in resort you will receive a full refund.
If we have paid deposits and someone does not turn up will we receive the deposit back?
No the deposit is non-refundable however you will not have to pay the remaining balance for the person who has not turned up.
If we want to swap or event for something else is that possible?
Yes as long as the event you are swapping to is roughly the same cost as the one originally booked.
Can we change the date of an event we have booked once in resort?
Yes if the event is running on more than one day you can choose which day you wish to go.
If I have booked a Freestyle Mallorca wristband where do I get the wristband from?
As with all the event tickets your wristband must be collected from our shop in Magaluf. Please show your confirmation email and we will give you your wristband.
How long is the wristband valid for?
The wristband is valid for your whole holiday

How do I book a hotel?
All our accommodation is booked through our partner Hotelopia.

What are the check in/ check out times in the hotels and apartments?
All the receptions are open 24 hours a day, Check In for most hotels is between 12.00 midday and 2pm. Check Out is normally between 11am and 12.00 midday.
*Please note, if your flight arrives after midnight, please make sure you have booked for the previous night so you can Check In straight away.
What do I need to bring with me to check in?
Your accommodation voucher will need to be provided at time of check-in, this would have been sent to you with your final booking confirmation. A breakage deposit is often required in most hotels and payable upon check in. This deposit is refundable on check out subject to no damage to your room or its contents.
What should I do if I have any problems/complaints with the accommodation in resort?
If the unfortunate does happen and you have any problems or complaints whilst you are in resort then please report this immediately to you hotel reception.
Airport Transfers Enquiries
How do I add airport transfers to my booking?
Airport transfers can be added to your booking up to 48 hours before you travel. They can be booked on our website either a shuttle bus or a private transfer minibus or coach for larger groups. Click on the Airport transfer section. Choose the option you require. Select your return transfer, number of people and complete the sections required. Add to basket then proceed to check out. All airport transfers must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Once you have completed the payment an email will be sent to you to confirm your booking has been made.
Within 24 hours we will send you a voucher with a reference number, which will explain where you will be met at the airport. Please print off this voucher to hand in to the transport provider on arrival.
When I arrive how do I find my airport transfer?
Please make sure that you have read through and printed your transfer voucher before you go. All information on how to collect your airport transfers will be printed on your transfer voucher, which you will need to present to either the Viajes Urbis desk found to the right out of the baggage reclaim hall in the arrivals terminal or the World service desk, depending on the type of transfer you have booked.
How do I know what time I will get picked up for my return transfer?
If you have booked a private transfer coach or minibus all information regarding your return transfers will also be on your transfer voucher.

Where will the transfer drop me off and pick me up from?
All transfers will drop you outside your accommodation reception and also pick you up from the same place.
